Welcome to the newest section of my blog: Let’s Talk About Women’s Health

As a woman, a mother, a qualified holistic therapist, and someone with a platform largely made up of women (and those who identify differently but share similar biological experiences), I’ve felt a growing need to create a space where we can openly discuss female health issues. That’s why I’ve added a new section to the blog: Dedicated to women’s wellness.

Women’s wellness encompasses physical, mental, and social well-being, focusing on aspects specific to women’s health needs. It includes preventative care, managing conditions, and promoting overall health through various lifestyle choices and medical support.

This isn’t just about raising awareness, though that’s a big part of it. It’s about connection, education, and breaking the silence around conditions that so many of us live with quietly. I’ve had my fair share of health challenges, some common, some less talked about, and I’ve realised how powerful it is when someone says, “Me too.”

I want this space to be that kind of place. A space where you don’t feel alone. A space where you might learn something new about your own body or feel empowered to ask questions at your next appointment. And just to be clear: I don’t share my story for pity or sympathy. I share it because if it helps even one person feel seen, understood, or a little less isolated, then it’s worth it.

So whether you’re here out of curiosity, concern, or camaraderie, welcome. Let’s keep the conversation going and lift the lid on the things we were taught to whisper about.

Love & healing hugs
