Free 30-Day Self-Love Journal Journey Prompts

Following a year of inner love, healing, and reflection, and drawing from my path as a holistic therapist, I’ve created this 30 day self-love journal journey. It’s a soft, daily ritual designed to guide you through your past, honour your present, and step into the best version of your future self.

Each day gives you:

  • A journal prompt to gently open reflection.
  • A self-love affirmation to hold close.
  • A breathwork moment to ground your body and spirit.
  • A vision board addition so that, by the end, you have a visual map of your journey.

Use them all each day or simply select the one that you know will help you as there is no point participating in vision board prompts if you totally detest this practice.

Grab your notebook, a cosy pen, maybe light a candle, and take a few minutes each day just for you.
