Blog

From a young age, I’ve loved putting pen to paper. As a child, I kept a diary where I recorded the events that mattered to me. My fondness for notebooks, lists, and stationery has never waned, and writing has always been a cherished part of my life.

This love for writing continued into my adult life. Writing is cathartic for me. When you write honestly and unreservedly, not only about the events in your life but also about your feelings, you unburden yourself of emotions that bog you down and keep you from accomplishing what you want to accomplish or of being the sort of person you’d really like to be….Enjoy!

My Zoe Journey: The First Week

If you’ve followed me for a while, you probably know I come with a bit of a backstory when it comes to health. If you’re new here; welcome to the chaos! Grab a cuppa and settle in. I love my people gently, with kindness, presence, and endless cups of tea.
